TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will now be required to enter your credit or debit card details using the secure system of Eurobank, protected by 128 bit ssl - encryption system for online credit card transactions (verified by VISA & MASTERCARD).

All personal and payment information you submit must be true and correct. You must be the authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. If you are not the card owner, you must have specific permission to use it.

All rates are in euros. The company explicitly states that the cost of products and services can change at any time. This is especially true for foreign products/services, which can be affected by fluctuating currency exchange rates.

Advertised prices are not fixed: The rates you see advertised are not guaranteed and are subject to change and/or variable pricing during the season.

1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, authorised agents, or at designated offices. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation email or voucher. Passenger/s will receive a confirmation once the booking is complete. The Passenger/s is responsible for checking that the reservation details are correct and advising of any errors immediately.

2. Weather and Tour Changes
We reserve the right to implement alternate locations, other than the itinerary due to force majeure, weather conditions, or imposed safety limitations.
Boat tours are subject to weather conditions and may be altered, shortened, postponed, or cancelled at the operator's discretion for safety reasons. The operator will endeavour to notify customers as soon as possible in the event of changes.
We reserve the right to modify the route of the tour In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to conduct the tour on any vessel/catamaran of the same category or of greater value depending on the availability. 

**The duration and the time schedule of the tour is adjusted during the season depending on the time of sunset.

3. Safety and Conduct
Passengers are responsible to notify us upon making the reservation or in a reasonable amount of time prior to the tour, of any food allergies or restrictions.

All participants must adhere to safety instructions provided by crew members at all times. Life jackets and other safety equipment must be worn when instructed. The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any participant whose behaviour endangers themselves, others, or the vessel.

4. Liability
It is the passenger’s responsibility to assert whether he/she is physically fit to ride on a boat and will not hold the vessel and/or Santorini Sailing or their employees, agents or other associated personnel, responsible if he/she is injured as a result of ANY issues (medical, negligent, accidental or otherwise) which occur while chartering the boat or otherwise participating in the trip.

It is the passenger’s responsibility and duty to exercise reasonable care for his/her own safety. The operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that occurs during the boat tour. Personal belongings are the responsibility of each participant. 


Passengers must fully understand that the vessel has limited medical facilities and that in the reasonable measures will be taken for immediate medical assistance.

Passengers are responsible to provide their accommodation details and/or contact number.

**Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they are waiting at the designated pickup location as per the confirmation provided, namely during the correct time window and in the correct place. Whilst our drivers will make reasonable attempts to identify missing passengers, no-shows will not be eligible for refund, and due to the nature of the service, the vehicle cannot turn around to collect no-shows. 

5. Age and Health Requirements
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants must be in reasonable health and able to follow crew instructions. Certain tours may not be suitable for individuals with mobility limitations; please consult with the operator prior to booking.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information will be used solely for booking and operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the boat tour operates. Any disputes arising from participation in the tour shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and participating in the boat tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
